Are you eligible for assistance?
Before starting an application, please complete and submit a registration form to determine if you are in the eligible charitable class. The registration form will request basic information to verify eligibility. Once the verification process is complete, you will receive a status update via the primary email you used to register. If you are approved to apply, you will receive a link with a temporary password to create an account and move on to the application process.
