Yes, our relief programs currently accept gifts from outside the U.S. We restrict donations from certain countries including Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, China, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Venezuela, and Zimbabwe.
